Davey's bootcamps really push you to work at your hardest level and they are actually good fun and found myself looking forward to the sessions rather than dreading it! Started personal training sessions with him too and each session is varied and he really adapts the workouts to meet your goals. I have been training with Davy for nearly four months now and I have to say I love every workout. He has stretched me and adapted workouts to suit my training plan for the great north run. Through his guidance, training and advice I have knocked a minute off my average mile which I never thought could be achieved. Before meeting Davy I had never considered a personal training. The idea of someone shouting at me for an hour and paying through the roof for the privilege never appealed. Davy is not like that stereotype at all! Being a mum of two toddlers and having a hectic family life, has meant that fitness has been something that has always been put to the side, because of cost and time aspects... Davy provides Evolution fitness camps, along with personal training all at a great unbeatable affordable price. Within the sessions you find yourself being pushed and striving past goals you never imagined possible. The new tractors tyres at the gym provide a different way of helping you get in shape, creating a more fun atmosphere, and enabling you to try something new, as well as medicine balls, sand bags, ropes and a lot more. Within the personal training sessions, you are given your own personal goals to work towards, with supervised use of all the equipment, a chance to try out boxing and again a training regime that meets your needs, whether you want lose weight or tone up, there’s something for you. I also bought a ‘7 Day Personalised Meal Plan’, which is tailored to meet my recommended daily intakes and is very easy to follow, all in all helping me week by week lose body fat, tone up and smile again. Ive been with D M FITNESS for 7 month now and Its still hard to believe im finally doing what Ive dreamt of for years!
Im hitting the 4 stone mark and I couldnt be happier, there is no way I would have been able to get to this stage now without the help and support from Davy and the
D M family!
I promised myself for a while that I would actually stick out a diet and get to an ideal weight, and I thought hiring a personal trainer would be the best option.
I Looked around and found
D M FITNESS I researched the facebook and it seemed very promising and the membership was very well priced, I couldnt say no.
I was terrofied for my first session, not just the military style exercise but being judged too. It was not what I expected, I couldnt have felt more welcomed and it pretty much just sealed the deal. The sessions from then out were talored to my needs and theres not a session yet I havent been pushed to my limits.
D M FITNESS has really changed my life and I couldnt be more thankful, the journey isnt over but I wouldnt have got this far without them, so if your thinking of joining, GO FOR IT!

I started my VIP membership 4 months ago with D M FITNESS
and within weeks my fitness improved, I became more energetic and dont feel as tired.
The VIP membership was ideal for me as it allows me to exercise 3 x 1 hour sessions a week at an affordable cost.
I have lost over 1 and a half stone so far and still have my goal to reach but I now know with the help and support I receive from Davy I will get there soon.
The bootcamps are kept interesting by using a range of equipment and different workouts each week and everyone that goes are so friendly. My pt session's are great we work on different parts of the body each week, he knows what in capable of achieving and keeps me positive throughout.

I have been training with Davy Mawdsley down at D M Fitness
for a year now and With hard work and dedication from my self and him I have seen massive results,
From loosing those extra inches to toning up to sorting out my nutrition which was a major problem for me and gaining the weight That I needed.
